Video: American Manufacturing Set for Resurgence

Bringing back factory jobs means rethinking business as usual for manufacturers.
A recent report from McKinsey and Company found that “U.S. manufacturing may be poised for an overhaul and a rebound with a potentially significant impact on the nation’s overall economy.” McKinsey sees that the sector could add 1.5 million jobs and up to $460 billion in GDP in the next eight years. To reach that level, manufacturing will have to evolve, becoming more sustainable, more resilient, more digital, and more skilled.
