Applications for the 2026–2027 ECLIPSE program are being accepted. Early career engineers who want to expand their networks, develop as leaders, and gain global strategic experience should apply.
The ECLIPSE Early Career Leadership Program offers an exceptional opportunity for early career engineers to accelerate their professional growth while making a meaningful impact within ASME. As an ECLIPSE participant, you will be placed in various volunteer groups across ASME, giving you the chance to engage with and learn from top industry and academic leaders. In addition to networking, you’ll receive leadership training through exclusive workshops and mentoring, preparing you for future leadership roles both within ASME.
